Effective July 10, 2023 Tellie will be sunsetting our beta sitebuilder and web3 tools. In the leadup to the sunset, the ability to create new Drops, mint and sell NFTs will be suspended no later than Friday, April 7.
We are so grateful for your early enthusiasm for what we built, and are looking forward to sharing our next application with you. We've built it based on all our learnings from Tellie so far, and believe that what we will building will make it easier for you to unlock more value from your community.

Access
Q: When will Tellie officially sunset the sitebuilder and web3 applications?
A: They will be live until July 10th.
Q: Can I still have access to my site?
A: Yes, everything will remain the same until we sunset our applications on July 10th.
Q: Can I still upgrade to a Tellie Pro account?
A: No, we are suspending new signups for Tellie Pro.
Q: Will my website still be accessible via its domain name after the website builder shuts down?
A: No, your website will no longer be accessible via your custom domain after July 10. See below for our recommendations on alternative no-code sitebuilding services that support custom domains.
Q: What steps do I need to take if I have a custom domain?
A: Visit your Dashboard, and disconnect your connected domain. You can do this by clicking the "Three dots" and clicking on "disconnect". After your domain is disconnected, make sure you visit your domain provider to update any values to transfer it to your new site.
Q: What will happen to my website and all its data after the website builder shuts down?
A: Your website and all its data will no longer be accessible after the website builder shuts down. We recommend that you use the export tool found in your Tellie Dashboard to download all of your website files and data before July 10th.
Pro Access
Q: Will I be getting a refund?
A: Yes, we have issued refunds for all Pro subscribers who have paid for a plan. This does not include those still on trial plans. For people on trial plans, your credit card will not be charged.
Q: What do I do if I do not see a refund and it's been over 10 business days?
A: If you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team with the email associated with the account.
Q: Can I still use Pro features?
A: Yes, all features you currently have access to (with the exception of creating and selling Drops and NFTs) will be available until July 10.

Q: Will you provide any support after the website builder shuts down?
A: Please be sure to contact us before July 10 for your support needs. We will not be able to provide any support after the website builder shuts down.
Q: How do I export my site data?
A: We have added an export button to the Tellie Dashboard so that you can download a zip file of your site content. If you are having trouble, we invite you to contact our support team.
Q: How do I transfer my site to another service?
A: Please see our list of recommended list of alternative site builders below. While there are unfortunately no easy import or transfer tools for any of these sites, you should be able to create a new site fairly easily using the assets you export from your Tellie Dashboard.
